ALPTEX is a small, privately held company headquartered in Northeastern Ohio. Established in 1992, our vision has been to create a vertically integrated company with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to service the medium and lower volume needs of our customers. Product and Services Highlights
In the area of interconnect, we've provided our customers with a full range of products...from custom high-speed cable assemblies for the qualification testing of satellites...to simple mass terminated assemblies used in medical equipment...and special package adaptors for the transportation industry. On occasion, these efforts grow into full product lines. A good example of this is our line of FlexProbes.Our packaging capabilites have been used in housing a wide variety of products...from new, cutting edge, stress/strain measuring equipment...to hand-held data terminals...and a new line of "smart" wallplates. We utilized these capabilities to their fullest for the packaging of our new "ie" memory emulator.
We've delivered electronic systems to our customers that range from the passive filtering of 300 pin ARINC aircraft connectors...to evaluation boards for a new line of "micro" modems. Many times, our role is not just as an assembler, but as an advisor to our customers. We've developed entirely new processes to solve some of the problems that our customers have encountered. Our most complex system to date has been the development and manufacture of our own emulator.

ALPTEX, Inc. is located on 93 acres in the beautiful Amish country of Northeastern Ohio. The building at the left in the photo houses Production and Administration. On the right is our Tech Center.
